Chemical Log Sheet
Use this sheet to track FC, CC, pH, dose timing, filter pressure, brushing, and clarity during cleanup or SLAM work so you can see whether the pool is actually improving.
Safety warnings
- Do not use this sheet instead of testing.
- Do not mix chemicals or guess at a dose without retesting.
- Stop if the problem becomes gas, electrical, contamination, or structural work.

Next Steps
Use the next page that matches the result instead of forcing the same answer on every cleanup or SLAM problem.
Educational guidance only. Verify labels, manuals, local code, and site conditions before acting. Stop for electrical, gas, structural, drain, drowning, injury, emergency, or chemical-mixing risk.
